CoreX configures the system to send as quickly as your carrier allows after a missed call. We test delivery timing during setup and share what we find before going live.
During setup CoreX collects a list of known contacts — family, employees, suppliers — who should never receive a text-back. Those numbers are set up to be skipped.
CoreX helps reduce unwanted text-backs by setting up known contacts, business hours limits, duplicate controls, and a blocklist for reported spam numbers. We do not promise to catch every spam call, but the setup helps reduce them.
On the Basic plan their reply is forwarded to you and you get a notification. On the Smart plan the system handles the conversation — collecting their name, address, and issue — and sends you a clean summary before you call them back.
The message is written in your business voice and sent from your business phone number. On the Smart plan the system will not claim to be a human if a customer directly asks.
CoreX explains all terms clearly before work begins. Monthly plans continue until cancelled.
