They are an established flooring business with over a decade of experience and hundreds of completed projects across Metro Atlanta. What was broken

The old site looked dated and didn't load well on mobile — where most of their traffic was coming from. There was no clear way to request a quote, no way to pay a deposit online, and no way to send invoices without sitting down at a computer for 30-40 minutes. Leads were either calling competitors or just not calling at all.

What we fixed

We rebuilt the site from the ground up — clean, fast, and built to convert on mobile. We added online payment capability so clients can leave a deposit from their phone before the job even starts. Then we set up a digital invoicing system that lets Adrian generate and send professional invoices in minutes from his phone, with owner approval before anything goes to the client.

What changed

The invoicing system and online deposits went live the same week. Clients started booking with deposits. And Adrian went from spending 40+ minutes on each invoice to about 5 minutes, reviewed and sent from his phone on the way to the next job. The business didn't change.
