Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026  ·  CoreX Solutions LLC  ·  Peachtree Corners, Georgia

CoreX Solutions LLC ("CoreX," "we," or "our") provides digital services with pricing, scope, and payment terms that may vary depending on the engagement.

Specific service terms may be communicated through proposals, invoices, written or electronic correspondence, or separate agreements. Where additional terms have been agreed upon, those terms will govern the engagement to the extent permitted by law.

This policy outlines our general refund and cancellation practices. Any applicable exceptions or additional conditions will be communicated before purchase.

1. Project Payments, Cancellations and Refunds

Most project services begin with a setup fee or deposit paid before substantive work begins. Once CoreX begins substantive paid work, setup fees and deposits are generally nonrefundable.

Substantive paid work begins when CoreX starts performing the agreed services — such as research, audits, technical review, content development, or other paid deliverables. Administrative steps, free consultations, discovery calls, proposals, and preliminary discussions do not constitute commencement of paid work.

Clients remain responsible for payment of work already performed and any authorized third-party costs incurred on their behalf. Upon cancellation, CoreX will deliver applicable completed work product in accordance with the agreed scope and payment status.

Where a specific termination notice period has been agreed upon, that agreed term governs.

2. Recurring Services and Cancellation

Recurring services are billed in advance. To cancel any recurring service, contact us in writing — including by email to info@corexsolutions.net. Cancellation stops future month-to-month renewals after the current paid billing period, subject to any minimum service term or separate payment obligations previously agreed upon. The current paid billing period is generally nonrefundable, and no prorated refunds are issued.

Website plans with an initial term: If the agreed engagement includes a 12-month initial service term, cancellation during that term does not eliminate any remaining deferred website-build balance previously agreed upon. Any remaining deferred balance remains payable in accordance with the agreed payment schedule. Future care or support fees for periods after the effective cancellation date are not automatically accelerated solely because of cancellation. After the initial term, ongoing care continues month-to-month and is governed by the general recurring-service cancellation terms above.

Google Business Profile Management: The service may be cancelled in writing at any time. The current paid billing period is nonrefundable. Upon notice of cancellation, CoreX will relinquish or remove its applicable management access within seven (7) business days. Relinquishment of access is not contingent on payment of any future period.

3. Advertising and Third-Party Costs

CoreX's setup and management fees are separate from any advertising budget spent directly with Google, Meta, OpenAI, or other platforms. Refunds of amounts paid directly to advertising platforms are governed by those platforms' applicable policies.

Any advertising funds collected or managed by CoreX are governed by the applicable agreed terms for that engagement. CoreX does not guarantee specific advertising results, leads, or revenue. A campaign's performance alone does not determine eligibility for a refund of services properly provided.

4. Client Access and Deliverables

Upon cancellation or completion of a project, CoreX will deliver applicable client-owned work product in accordance with the agreed scope and payment status. Specific obligations regarding source files, repository access, or hosting-account ownership are defined in the applicable agreed terms.

5. One-Time Services and Refund Processing

For smaller, standalone one-time services not otherwise governed by agreed project terms, a refund is available if requested within seven (7) days of payment and substantive work has not begun, subject to applicable law. Once substantive work has begun, refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated individually based on the circumstances.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment method and bank; CoreX does not control bank or card network timelines.

6. Late Payments and Billing Concerns

Past-due balances may be subject to applicable late fees or interest as specified in the agreed payment terms and permitted by law. CoreX may suspend services for unpaid balances in accordance with applicable agreements.

If you have a question about a charge, please contact us before initiating a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We make every effort to resolve billing concerns promptly. Email: info@corexsolutions.net  |  Phone: (678) 835-8150

7. Additional Terms, Policy Updates and Contact

Specific terms agreed upon before or during an engagement take precedence over this general policy to the extent permitted by law. This policy describes general practices and does not override any rights you may have under applicable law.

We may update this policy as our business practices or legal requirements change. The latest revision date will appear at the top of this page.
