What We Cover

Keep Your Business Information Accurate and Current

CoreX helps with three areas of Google Business Profile work — optimization, ongoing management, and setup.

Google Business Profile Optimization

CoreX reviews and improves approved business information including categories, services, business description, service areas, hours, contact information, photos, and other relevant profile details.

Google Business Profile Management

CoreX helps businesses keep approved profile information current over time, including hours, services, photos, contact information, and other appropriate updates.

Google Business Profile Setup

CoreX can help eligible businesses create a new Google Business Profile, enter accurate business information, and navigate Google's verification process.

Google controls eligibility, verification, approval, and profile availability. CoreX cannot bypass or guarantee those decisions.

Common Profile Issues

Business Information Changes. Your Profile Should Keep Up.

Outdated Business Information

Hours, phone numbers, service areas, or other details may change over time.

Incomplete Services or Categories

A profile may be missing relevant information that helps customers understand what the business provides.

Old Photos or Profile Details

Photos, services, descriptions, and other profile content can become outdated.

Updates That Need Review

Google may suggest or apply changes to business information, so profile details should be reviewed periodically for accuracy.

How We Work

How it works

01

We Review the Profile

We review the current Google Business Profile, its business information, services, categories, hours, service areas, photos, and other relevant details.

02

We Recommend Updates

We identify information that may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or worth improving and explain what we recommend changing.

03

We Make Approved Changes

After you approve the plan, CoreX makes or submits the appropriate profile updates. Google reviews some edits and controls whether changes are accepted.

04

We Help Keep It Current

For businesses that choose ongoing management, CoreX reviews and updates approved profile information over time as the business changes.
