What does it cost to accept payments?

The setup fee is one-time. Beyond that, you pay a standard per-transaction processing fee — typically around 2.9% plus 30 cents per transaction. We use trusted processors like Stripe so the rates are transparent and competitive. No monthly fees from us, no hidden charges.

How fast do I get the money?

Most payments deposit to your bank account within 1 to 2 business days. Some platforms offer faster payouts for an extra fee — we will help you decide what makes sense for your cash flow.

Do I need any special equipment?

No. Customers can pay from their own phone — by scanning your QR code, clicking your payment link, or tapping the link on your invoice. If you want a physical card reader for in-person taps, we can set that up too.

Is it secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard payment processors with bank-level encryption. You never store credit card numbers yourself. Your customers' information is protected by the same systems that handle billions of transactions a year.

What if the customer wants to pay cash?

That is fine. Online payments add a new option — they do not replace the old ones. Some customers still prefer cash or check. You decide what works for each job.
