Refund and Cancellation Policy

CoreX Solutions LLC ("CoreX," "we," "us," or "our") provides custom digital services governed by individual Service Agreements and Scopes of Work signed between CoreX and each client. The specific refund, cancellation, and termination terms for any paid engagement are defined in the applicable Service Agreement and supersede any general statements on this page. In the event of any conflict between this page and a signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement controls.

1. Project-Based Work

Project engagements are typically structured with a fifty percent (50%) deposit due before work begins, with the remaining fifty percent (50%) due upon project completion and prior to delivery of final files or launch.

Once work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable. This compensates CoreX for time, planning, scoping, and any work performed up to that point.

Specific milestone, deliverable, payment, and refund terms for each project are outlined in the client's signed Service Agreement and Scope of Work.

Either party may terminate a project engagement with fourteen (14) days written notice as outlined in the Service Agreement. Upon termination:

3. Monthly Retainer and Maintenance Services

Recurring services, including monthly maintenance retainers, are billed in advance on the first of each month.

To cancel a recurring service, the client must provide fourteen (14) days written notice via email to info@corexsolutions.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the next billing cycle following receipt of notice.

The current billing month is non-refundable. No partial-month or pro-rated refunds are issued.

4. One-Off Payments

Small, ad-hoc service payments not tied to a Service Agreement are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the work delivered.

If no work has begun, refunds are available within seven (7) days of payment. After work has begun, refunds are not guaranteed and will be considered only at CoreX's sole discretion.

5. Late Payments

Invoices not paid within fifteen (15) days of the due date are subject to a late fee of one and a half percent (1.5%) per month on the outstanding balance, as outlined in the Service Agreement. CoreX reserves the right to pause all work on the project until outstanding payments are received.

6. Method of Refund

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the original transaction. Refunds typically appear on the customer's account within five to ten (5–10) business days, depending on the issuing bank or card network.

Charges from CoreX Solutions appear on your bank or credit card statement as "COREX SOLUTIONS" or similar identifier. If you see a charge you do not recognize, please contact us before disputing the charge with your bank.

8. Before Disputing a Charge

If you have any concern about a payment, invoice, or service, please contact CoreX Solutions directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving billing concerns quickly and fairly, and the vast majority of issues can be addressed within a single phone call or email exchange.

We will respond to billing concerns within two (2) business days and work in good faith to reach a fair resolution.

9. Customer Acknowledgment

By submitting payment to CoreX Solutions LLC through any of our payment channels, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these refund and cancellation terms, in addition to any applicable Service Agreement and Scope of Work.

10. Governing Law

This refund and cancellation policy is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this refund and cancellation policy from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued engagement with our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
