Paid services provided by CoreX Solutions LLC are governed by the applicable service terms agreed upon before or at the time of purchase. These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to any such service-specific terms.
Most CoreX services do not require a long-term commitment. Some website engagements include a 12-month initial service term. During that term, the applicable rate is as stated in the agreed service terms. After the initial 12 months, ongoing website care continues month-to-month.
If a website engagement with an initial term is cancelled before the end of that term, any remaining deferred website-build balance previously agreed upon remains payable according to the agreed payment schedule. Future website care or support charges for periods after the effective cancellation date are not automatically accelerated solely because the client cancels.
Specific payment obligations, ownership terms, and cancellation conditions will be agreed upon and communicated before paid work begins.
All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and code — is the property of CoreX Solutions LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent.
After all applicable payment obligations for a client engagement are satisfied, the client owns the custom final work product created specifically for that client, subject to the applicable agreed service terms.
Content, materials, logos, photographs, trademarks, and other items provided by the client remain the client's property.
CoreX retains ownership of pre-existing and reusable tools, templates, libraries, methods, reusable code components, know-how, processes, and similar materials that were not created exclusively for a specific client engagement.
Third-party software, fonts, licensed imagery, libraries, plugins, and other third-party assets incorporated into client deliverables remain subject to their respective third-party licenses. CoreX does not transfer ownership of third-party materials.
Specific obligations regarding repository access, source-file delivery, hosting-account ownership, domain transfer, and migration assistance — if any — must be expressly agreed upon in writing, including through written or electronic correspondence. No such obligations exist unless expressly agreed upon.
CoreX may display publicly launched client work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the client opts out in writing or the applicable agreed service terms provide otherwise.
This website and its content are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. CoreX Solutions LLC does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We do not guarantee specific results from our services. Results depend on many factors outside of our control, including market conditions, competition, and client implementation of our recommendations.

CoreX makes no representation that a specific third-party outcome will be achieved.
